Day by day, work culture is being neglected by mankind with the strong but negative influence of misdeeds and modem technology. As such, families of many working class people are caught in a time filled with a dramatic sequence and crisis. When Ibohal's family is happy with understanding at all the circumstances, his three sons loved each other. But thing changes after the wife of the second son comes into the scene. All the efforts made earlier by the aged father and driver brother are lost in vain. The second son and his wife disintegrated the family and there is unrest in the household. The youngest son Rajesh is compelled to become a rickshaw-puller to help his widowed sister-in-law. The only child Thoibi of the widow is suffering from brain tumour. The motto of the film is : to survive in this materialistic world, one ought not to be choosy of work. He should work for any type of job.
