Ningombam Tomba

Ningombam Tomba Singh is an Arts graduate and holds a Sangeet Visharad degree. A screenplay writer, playback singer, actor and director all rolled into one, Tomba has a handful of experience in Manipuri cinema. He was involved in the production of the feature films Khamba Thoibi, Yeningtha Amada and Meiclwk Meiclwk as Assistant Director. His first direction debute is lnthoklabee. Tomba acted in the films Khamba Thoibi, Yeningtha Amada, Meichak Meichak and Amuba Chandan. He sang for the films Meichk Meichk, Aroiba Bidai and lnthoklabee. Tomba also has a video film Ningamhoukhidreda to his credit. Other than these, he has a long association with theatre. He has acted in several plays, like Lengshonei, Manglan Ama, Pi-Thadoi, Harichandra, Nungshiba Thiba, Bir Tikendrajit, Andha Yoog, Pukchel, Pombi Hanjillakpada, Sangai Macha, Nupi Lal and Ahingnao.
