Based on a series of children's books of the same name, "I Spy" brings young viewers into a world filled with adventure and puzzles. Each episode features curious youngster Spyler and his dog, CeCe, trying to find items that are told to them through rhyme by Duck, a rubber duck on wheels. Helping Spyler and CeCe find what they're looking for is toy truck Wheeler, who brings things they can use for finding the objects. When they find all of them, Spyler and CeCe use the articles to complete a task.
