Luangraeng, a historic land of the Rongmei Naga was afflicted by the blazing heat of the draconian AFSPA in the year 1958. Thousands of innocent people lost their precious lives, deeply paralysed and imprinted bitter scares in their hearts. A peace loving man, Kuguanglung was a simple righteous man from Luangraeng village. He was captured, tortured and imprisioned due to suspicion.
