Storyline

Thoiba is an eleven years old rag picker who lives in Imphal city. One morning, he went to a hotel to eat some bread on his way to work. After coming out of the hotel, a fierce gun fight erupted between police and insurgents. Thoiba was hit by a stray bullet.
