Biography

Moirangthem Somendro Singh is an immensely talented Manipuri film and song writter from a village of Manipur called Tangjeng Khunjao Makha Leikai. His short films like, Panthougi Liklam (Footprints of the father) which won best film in Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose short film competition organised by National Film Development corporation, Erolnungdagi (From the depth) which won second best film in 14th Guwahati International Film Festival and second runners up in Daba Shaheb Phalke International Film Festival - 2023, My Mom which won best film in International Science Film Festival of India - 2020 etc. are notable contributions to Manipuri Film Industry.
