Chandam Manorama Devi, a graduate from Gauhati University, made her foray into Manipuri Cinema beginning as a Costume Designer for Klwmba Khamnu (1995).
She co-produced and directed the Manipuri feature films Zehra (1999) and Ma11dir (2002) in association with producerÂdirector Chandam Shyamacharan Singh.
